PRICES IN CAD!!!Base Avatar (Waist Up): $50
Includes:
- Fully coloured waist up
- 4 PNGS (idle, blinking, talking, and blinking+talking) in a neutral emotion state.ADD-ONS
- Add a new emotion state: $10/ea
- Add a new emotion state with differently posed arms/hands: $20/ea
- Add props: $5/ea, per emotion state(If you'd like me to set up the avatar in Veadotube mini, free of charge, then let me know! You'll still receive all HQ PNGs, as well as the avatar file for you to load and use immediately!)
PNGTUBER TERMS OF SERVICE
TL;DR - ToS Summary1) Payment: Full up-front, through EMT or Paypal (you may also request through my ko-fi. link can be found on the home page.)
2) Revisions: Unlimited revisions until shading and rendering.
3) Turn Around Time: Base models may take a week. More add-ons means more time needed.
4) Usage and Crediting: Personal use only (streaming, youtube, etc.) unless discussed otherwise. No AI, NFT, reselling, or major modifications.
5) Refunds: No refunds after colouring stage has started.
6) Communication: I send WIPs frequently and will not continue until hearing back from you. If 3 calendar days pass with no response I will proceed using my best judgement.
7) Personal Boundaries: I do not replicate existing styles. No Mech/Gundham. No racist, homophobic, or other discriminatory imagery will be drawn. Any request to do so will be rejected.[For a more in depth dive, please keep reading. It helps the both of us out <3]GENERAL- As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commissions without a given reason. If I feel as though I am not capable of fulfilling your request, I have the right to decline.- Unless requested otherwise, commissions may be posted to my socials (bsky, instagram, or as examples for my portfolio).- Please provide your intention of use regardless of if it's for personal use or not. This is for sake of clarity and understanding.- Prices are subject to change at any time.1) Payment:- Payment must be made up-front. Your request will not be started until I receive payment. This is to ensure commitment from both parties.- I currently accept payments through Ko-Fi (link can be found at the top of the home page), PayPal, or EMT (for my fellow canadian residents)- Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the character. This will be discussed when needed.- If I'm the one designing your character, meaning you do not have a pre-existing reference sheet, a design fee of 20% will be applied.2) Revisions:- Ask for as many changes as you see fit during the sketching phase. Major changes such as expressions, hairstyles, clothings, posing, etc. should be prioritized during this phase.- Once the colouring stage has begun, changes are more limited. If you want a major change after I've started colouring, an extra fee may apply. Varies by complexity of the change.- If in the future you want more emotion states and hand/arm poses for your avatar, please message me so we can arrange payments.- No changes will be made after final confirmation.3) Turn Around Time:- Base models, meaning the 4 PNGs (idle, blinking, talking, and blinking+talking), may take around a week depending on my schedule.- Each extra hand/arm pose and emotion state can take a few days. More add-ons means it will take longer for me to complete.- Commissions are done on a first come first serve basis. If you need the piece completed before a certain date, please tell me BEFORE you commission me. Depending on how fast you need it, additional rates may apply.4) Usage and Crediting:All copyrights stay with the artist- All avatars are for personal use, including for streaming/youtube, personal profile pictures, or any other use which does not include selling something. Credit is still required.- Commercial rights will be discussed on a person by person basis depending on what you intend to use it for. For example; Promotional material, Business account profile pictures, or digital and physical medias (prints, stickers, etc.). Credit is still required.- Failure to give proper credit will result in you being blacklisted and therefore not allowed to commission me again. (eg. "art/pfp by bluughost on instagram", "art/pfp by @bluughost" are both acceptable. Anything less is not acceptable.)- Absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE for use of my art in training AI on any platform of any kind. Also applies to use as NFTs. These will result in an immediate blacklist.5) Refunds:- No refunds will be given once I've started colouring your avatar.- If I'm unable to complete your commission after having started it, or you request before the colouring stage, a partial refund will be given based on how much of the sketch is completed.6) Communication:- The quickest way to contact me right now is through either discord (user is fr00tiie) or instagram (user is @bluughost).- I prefer to send updates through discord or email. Whichever is easiest for you! (ko-fi has it's own system, but again you may request one of the other two if you wish!)- Updates will be sent based on when I believe is a good checkpoint (which is usually pretty frequent)- If I don't receive an OK within three days of sending an update, I will proceed using my best judgement.- All I ask is that you respect my time so I can fulfill your request in a timely manner.7) Personal Boundaries:- Do not ask for me to imitate another artist's art style. I will not do this, and your commission will be refused.
Will Draw: Male, Female, Gore, Humanoids (Ex: Nekos), Furries, Light Nudity (such as see through materials), NSFW**Note: I will not draw light nudity/nsfw if you are under 18. ID is required for any light nudity/NSFW requests.Will Not Draw: Realism, (Realistic) Animals, Mechs/Gundam, Incest, Beastiality, Any illegal pairings, or minor nudity. No racist, homophobic, or other discriminatory imagery will be drawn and will be regected.
